WHTC Conducts Massively Successful Shavuot Retreat!

Yesterday, WHTC concluded it's 3 night Shavuot Retreat at Lake Cachuma. The event was attended by 43 people, nearly reaching capacity for the group site. This event follows on the heels of our recent Lag B'Omer BBQ, Community Seder, Chanukah Bowling Event and Rosh Hashanah Retreat in Carpinteria.

The feedback we have received has been incredibly positive with people enjoying the wonderful environment, davening, learning, delightful meals and even a talent show!

Thank you to everyone who made this large undertaking such a runaway success. It was no small effort to organize 4 large meals, services, a 1300ft. Eruv for Shabbat, etc. Photos are coming soon.

Our next Shabbat Service will be back at our normal location at Woodlake Elementary and we plan to announce our arrangements for this summer.

Lastly, check your inboxes for more information on our first ever WHTC Awards Dinner, honoring the contributions of Rabbi and Rebbetzin Rousso. The event will take place in late summer.

See you all soon!
